What is a Construction Management Plan?

A Construction Management Plan (CMP) is a document that demonstrates how the construction will be managed with minimum impact to environment and neighbourhood.

It is an essential tool for construction companies, builders, and developers, as it helps to ensure that a project is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Step-1: Reviewing the Council’s Requirements

Some councils may have spesific requirements for the CMP / CEMP reports. We always check the council requirements first.

Step-2: Prepare the CMP draft and send it to the Client for their review

We prepare the draft report in a week / two weeks time which is specific to the project. Then we send it to the Client for their reviews and comments.

Step-3: Make the required revisions and issue the final version

Once we receive comments from client, we implement the comments in a few days time and issue the final version of the report to the client.
